Rotary Dies

Rotary dies are ideal for high-volume precision cutting. The dies are CNC sharpened, heat-treated, and use D2 steel. The dies can be made to cut through or kiss cut. Rotary tool specifications include 1.5” – 14” diameters, 4” – 60” widths, and .0625”- .750” blade height.

Air and vacuum ejection tools are also available.

Rotary dies are very durable and can cut various substrates including abrasive materials.
