" The quality and service we receive from Apple is far beyond that of previous die manufacturers we tested. As a medical device manufacturer our tolerances are recorded for each device per FDA guidelines. In addition to meeting our FDA required tolerances, you are able to provide us with your "Applescan" for certain types of die we use. These microscans enable us to store that information in our data base for reference to the each device history record we are required to maintain. Two years ago we needed to tighten our tolerance and manufacturing methods. This included our die cutting of raw materials used in our devices. We tested three die manufacturers for overall quality. This included adherence to tolerances, sustained longevity and wear, response times, service, and especially re-knifing quality. Apple came out well above the other two. Apple is now our exclusive die manufacturer. We previously had stock inventory of die from all three manufacturers but as of 8 months ago we are now completely Apple only in our inventory. We appreciate the continued quality and service and hope to continue this relationship going forward for a long time. I wanted to reach out and give you some feedback on the recent orders we have received from your company. This goes for the thinplate pinboard application tools right on through the recent steel rule dies you turned for us in about a day and a half. They were all received in and passed all of our requirements with flying colors. Not only were they produced quickly, and accurately but our Die Dept.
